Welcome to the applications created by Cowport. (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) This is the “NShare” (hereinafter referred to as “this application” or “this app”) License Agreement.

Before using, you must agree to the following terms and conditions. By accessing or using our applications, you are agreeing to the terms below.

We may revise and update this Agreement, in our sole direction. In the event of a change, the user will be deemed to have accepted the change by notifying the change on the Google Play™ application screen. If you continue to use our applications, it means you accept the updated version of this Agreement.

2. Legal And Acceptable Uses

We grant one user the right to install and use this application on an Android™ device managed by the user. Users agree to comply with all laws and regulations when using this app, and do so at their own risk.

3. Prohibited Behaviors

Users are prohibited from reprinting, copying, duplicating, transferring, extracting, processing, modifying, making transmittable, or making any other secondary use of this application, unless explicitly approved on this application.

Users are prohibited from lending, selling, redistributing, publicly transmitting, sublicensing, etc., or allowing third parties to use this application.

Users are prohibited from analyzing or modifying this application by disassembling, decompiling, reverse engineering.

Users may not use this application to infringe upon the rights of us or any third party, or to engage in any act that causes disadvantage or damage, or any act that is likely to do so.

4. Disclaimers and Warranties

Unless stated in the Additional Terms, the services and software are provided “AS-IS.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We make no commitments about the content within the services. We further disclaim any warranty that

  • The services or software will meet your requirements or will be constantly available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The results obtained from the use of the services or software will be effective, accurate, or reliable.
  • The quality of the services or software will meet your expectations.
  • Any errors or defects in the services or software will be corrected.

We specifically disclaim all liability for any actions resulting from your use of any services or software.

You may use and access the services or software at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the use of and access to any service or software.

All intellectual property rights related to this application belong to us or those who have granted us a license.

The license to use this application based on these Terms does not mean any transfer of rights regarding this application to us or those who have granted us a license.

6. Privacy Policy

When using this application, personal information entered on the download site operated by Google™ (hereinafter referred to as “Google Play”) will be managed by Google.

Any doubts or disputes regarding such personal information will be resolved between the user and Google, and no claims or complaints will be made against us.

The personal information protection policy for this application shall be determined separately in our app’s Privacy Policy.

7. Payment

This app itself can be used for free.

Regarding the use of this application, communication charges may be incurred based on the contract between the user and the mobile phone company, etc.

The user shall be responsible for all such communication charges.

8. Changes to the product or terms

We reserve the right to change the content and distribution method of this application without prior notice.

In addition, the provision of this application may be interrupted or canceled without prior notice.

Even if the user suffers damage as a result of this, we will not be held responsible.

9. Other

If any provision of this agreement is invalid due to conflict with applicable laws, these terms will be interpreted as close as possible to the original purpose of this agreement, and other provisions of this agreement shall still have full effect.

If you have a dispute with us, both parties should try their best to resolve it through friendly negotiation.

If the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the court with jurisdiction in the defendant’s domicile to seek a solution.
